Tackling Crime in Wavertree
Today the Business Crime Direct team launched a Crime Alert scheme covering shops in Lawrence Road Wavertree. Shop owners on this road were issued with radios linked to the police control room and photograph albums of persistent offenders to help combat crime in the area.
