Sustainable Construction Workshops
Merseyside Business Environment Network (Merben) are hosting a number of workshops looking at sustainable construction.
The sessions will cover:
- why clients want sustainable construction
- corporate social responsibility and the benefits it can bring
- recycling and reusing materials
- minimising construction waste
- the code for sustainable homes
- implementing an Environmental Management System
- and much more.
The programme is aimed at small and medium sized construction companies and looks at how they can improve business through a better understanding of the sustainability agenda.
The events are taking place at:
- Merseyside - Lace Centre, Liverpool on 17 April
- Cheshire - The Heath, Runcorn on 24 April
