At the risk of being accused of being a creep I just want to take a moment to congratulate my team at the Chamber for a superb job with this newsletter! Sometimes in the hurly-burly of daily business it's too easy to forget to acknowledge the people who actually do the job - in this case, Pam Holstein in particular. In the words of the great Kenny Everett - "I love you all!"

Any readers "out there" who aren't Chamber members - just look what you're missing. And if you love your business friends, customers and suppliers, get them to join up, too!

This is an excellent outline of the skills that a leader, as opposed to a manager, needs. Very thought provoking and my compliments to the writer. Well done
