Liverpool Chamber held a Business After Hours event with new members, 3345 Bar & Hotel. Guests enjoyed a lavish Mediterranean inspired spread from the bar’s talented in-house chef.

MD, Thomas Lang and Chief Executive, Gary Millar described the development work that they’ve undertaken after successfully buying the premises from rock group, Genesis. The team have doubled the value of the building and developed the business space, board room and hotel that form part of the complex.

Gary explained how the building is now fully tenanted with a range of both creative and mainstream businesses, including Parr Street Studios. This forms the UK’s largest recording studio outside London and has seen such greats at Diana Ross, Coldplay, Pulp and Barry Manilow record there.
