Free Intellectual Property Right Seminar

The UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) is the official government body responsible for granting Intellectual Property (IP) rights in the United Kingdom (UK).

These rights include:

.    Designs
.    Trade Marks
.    Copyright

The UKIPO is part of the Department of Innovation University and Skills (DIUS) and is responsible for the role of IP rights support innovation through our core legal functions.

We also support innovation by ensuring that IP law and policy reflect the needs of an evolving, knowledge based, competitive economy. Our IP awareness raising activities promote the benefits of IP, which in turn encourages innovation.
