Patents & Trade Marks: Protecting Your Business And Financing Growth
Wednesday 12 March 2008  - The Racquet Club, Liverpool

All businesses have intellectual property which when protected and exploited effectively, can be your single most valuable asset, setting you apart from your competitors and adding real value to your business.

On 12th March. Marks & Clerk will be holding a free introductory seminar on the key areas of IP, including patents, trade marks, designs and copyright and the key differences between them. As well as covering the basics, our speakers will explain how you can secure and exploit your IP to generate additional revenue streams, protect against infringement and help your business reach its full potential.

Our speakers will be joined by Jonathan Butters, Managing Director of JAB Design in Liverpool, who will give a first hand account of how utilising his IP has played a major role in the growth and success of his business.
The seminar is free of charge and will be followed by a drinks reception.
