A selection of Liverpool’s most prominent luminaries gathered for a discussion on the cultural legacy of 2008 on Thursday night.
The ‘Beyond Capital of Culture’ event was held in the University of Liverpool’s recently refurbished Victoria Building and saw a panel of top Liverpool names discuss the future of the city.
The panel was chaired by BBC Radio Merseyside personality Roger Phillips and featured other Liverpool figures Cllr. Flo Clucas, Jack Stopforth; chief executive of the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, Rod Holmes; chairman of the Mersey Partnership and Mike Stubbs of FACT. Capital of Culture impresario Phil Redmond was also in attendance.
