The next Business Angels event hosted by DreamCatchersLiverpool will be on Thursday 13 November at Liverpool Science Park. The meeting will include presentations from up to five companies seeking investment from Business Angels. Registration and drinks commence at 5.30pm; the presentations will begin at 6.00pm and end no later than 7.00pm when a buffet will be served. You are free to stay as long as you wish to have informal discussions with the companies and with other investors.

The format is simple - fledgling businesses present to group of potential investors/angels at a city centre location.  The contenders receive mentoring before the event to ensure they fully exploit the opportunity and the investors have a chance to pose questions direct to the business either within the forum or later when we engage in some networking.  Although funding is important it is not the most important factor as many businesses need support in a variety of ways and the  network we have established provides a wide range of these services.

Businesses presenting 13th November:

  • online music company,
  • wind turbine designer,
  • software company,
  • designer of scientific instruments.
