Tackling Human Trafficking
Friday 6 March 2009, 9am - 1pm

Aimed at frontline professionals, to be aware of human trafficking, and how working with local communities and the general public can help tackle this problem in Liverpool and beyond.
Objectives
- Tackle the issue of human trafficking through a multi agency approach (Police, Housing, Refugee organisations, cultural organizations, Local Authorities)
- Raise awareness of human trafficking through the sectors
- Tackle human trafficking through working with local communities
- Shared understanding of multi sector involvement and front line working with refugee communities
