Empty commercial space? Looking for new ways to attract potential customers? dot-art can help!
Art can turn a life-less space into a feast for the eyes and senses. As with residential home staging, customers want to feel an emotional connection to the place where they will do business. Art seen through the windows can make an empty space come alive and attract attention; turning a large, soul-less space into one full of potential and interest.
dot-art is looking for vacant, ground floor, city centre space to host temporary local art exhibitions.
The would be potential for events within the space, including a Private View / launch evening which would provide a unique way to entertain clients and prospects while showcasing the available space, as well as gaining valuable press coverage. Further events could be held in the space if required throughout the show, and viewing of the exhibition outside of these would be by appointment only.
Ideally the space would be a minimum of 500 sq ft, be available for a minimum of 3 months, and be glazed on at least one side, so the exhibition can be seen from the outside. Walls / panelling which pictures can be hung on and some sort of lighting system are the only other pre-requisites.
