Sourcing Bid & Tender Opportunities and Partnerships/Consortia

This course helps businesses to identify some of the sources of tender opportunity. An insight in to how supply chains work and how consortia or partnerships can assist in maximising business opportunities is also given.

Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Successful Tender Submission

Understanding PQQs and the pre-preparation required to assist in successful completion is key to identifying which are the best tender opportunities for a particular business. This course will also reveal how to submit successful bids and tenders.

Understanding Business Finance
16 July 2009

Sole traders, partners and directors all need to understand how the financial aspects of their business work. This programme introduces methods of financial documentation and how to analyse key business ratios that affect what external users see when they look at a company’s financial accounts.

These series of FREE workshops are designed for anyone who wants to win more business in both the public and private sectors.

The workshops will be held at Inspire, Unit 15, Connect Business Park, Liverpool L5 9PR between 9am to 4pm and include refreshments, lunch and course notes.

Stepclever workshops are free for anyone that lives, or runs a business in the wards of Anfield, Everton, County, Kirkdale, Linacre and Derby.
